No Meeting tonight -- how about next week?

Looks like a meeting doesn't work for most of us tonight. How about having one next Thursday night? Does that not work for anyone?

Friday, Oct 29th-Mt. Rose and Mt. Swanson in Armstrong

Delia says it's a more difficult hike.

Directions: - Follow Salmon Valley Road to Hallam Rd
- then left onto Chamberlain Rd for 2km,
- through 2 deep bends and to a fork in the road.
- Turn left, watch for the trailhead sign about 500m to the left. 3.5 hours round trip.

We'll meet at 11am and begin the hike at 11:15am sharp!

Bring water and a lunch!!!

Some information about This Friday's Hike

I heard that you have to pay for parking, but I do not know the cost.

So....bring some loonies and twoonies and maybe even quarters and hopefully that'll be enough!

Two More Hikes this month

I'll probably send out a reminder later toward the end of the month for the Oct. 29th hike, but thought it couldn't hurt to post it now.


Friday, Oct 15th -Ellison Park - Nature Trail Loop - 2-3 hours.
I havn't been to Ellison, so I'm guessing we'll meet in the parking lot?

Meet at 11:00am.
Hike will begin at 11:15am
