Hi all,
I would really like to go to this - either Aug. 30 or 31st. It's $40 per adult and free for kids under 12 (although I won't bring mine because they don't like stuff like this). I was just wondering if anyone else would like to go too?

I have been thinking of going to this too. I may have to bring my kids though, unless there are any takers? Kidding!
I have no problem meeting up with people with kids......I just meant that mine would be miserable so I'm leaving them at home. I actually would like to hang out with kids who appreciate music and like to move and dance - that would be fun. Mine like music, but when it's live and loud they really shut down. Even kids' music - Fred Penner, Carmen Campagne, Charlotte Diamond - all busts! And it's FREE - I so wish my kids would like it!

I'm tempted to try it with kids ... it's outside right? Inside definitely wouldn't work, but outside should allow for opportunities to enjoy the sounds far away from the speakers ... right? Anyone know if the venue would allow for that?
hm - well, it is outside. Ya-you could go at the edge I would think.
Alexis park school is right across the street. I bet you could hear the music while playing in the playground.
